DellEMCDojo is fast paced and exhilarating. Developers at the DellEMC Dojo work in pairs, employing an Extreme Programming (XP) style of execution. As a part of the DellEMC R&D organization, we research and innovate on the future of Dell technologies. To be successful in this role the candidate will have a combination of skills and interests in the following:

  • Solid understanding of programming logic and patterns and the ability to learn new programming languages and development patterns quickly

  • Ability and Open Mindedness to quickly learn about new development methodologies and cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, security, and cloud native

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate and shape technical vision

  • Ability to work closely with other developers as part of a small cross-functional team as well as with Product Management and Leadership to make decisions

  • Ability to mentor team members

  • Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Passionate about technology

  • Experience or interest in one or more of the following languages: Go, Java, Ruby, Python and JavaScript

  • Experience or interest in DevOps

  • Knowledge of the cloud and deployment expectations and complexities

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience or equivalent
