Key Responsibilities

• Identifying the issue, product, warranty or sales channel and transferring the call accordingly to the appropriate queue while ensuring transfer accuracy at all times

• Focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience in the short interaction they have

• Ensuring all the customer details are captured correctly and logged in the appropriate tools

• Sending catalogues to customers on request

• Sorting and sending order confirmations

Essential Requirements

• Graduated in the last 12 months

• Fluency in French with a good level of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn new products and technologies and ability to navigate quickly through applications

• Ability to deal professionally with demanding customers

• Relevant experience in a customer relationship function is a plus
