EMEA GTM and Quota COE Senior Advisor

As part of the GBO (Global Business Operations) team, you will be in charge of sales territories and quota planning for a subset of EMEA countries. The GBO team is part of Dell Finance Organization , and provides operational support, financial insights, and controls governance to the sales leadership teams. This team combines a unique set of skills in finance, commercial controllership, sales strategy, and sales operations.

The GTM operations and quota COE (Center of Excellence) is a key enabler and execution arm of our GTM (Go to market) Strategy, and will be continuously collaborating with the countries GBO teams and Sales leadership.

Join us as Senior Advisor on our EMEA GTM & Quota Ops COE team in Casablanca, to help enable the performance of the Sales organization and propel them to achieve their business objectives

What you’ll achieve

This is a great opportunity to join EMEA Global Business Operations and take on a strategic role that will involve working cross functionally, with a global engagement, and regular interaction with senior management and sales leadership

You will drive :

  • Territory Planning – Act as custodian for Sales Resources hierarchy & account data set up, ensure proper segmentation & tiering and accurate account AMO (Addressable Market Opportunity). Design account portfolios aligning with GTM territory guidance and leveraging talent analytics data to provide best match assignment of resources to portfolio ensuring appropriate coverage and seller opportunity.

  • Quota roll process – Perform operational execution of quota assignment at rep and manager level, using IQM (Integrated Quota Management) tool as it gets rolled out. Includes reviewing Quota walk, ie translation of financial regional targets into sales compensation metrics and territory financial goals. Review and validation of rep quotas and adjusts based on feedback and governance.

  • Territory and quota Governance – Perform ongoing validations and compliance audits. Interlock with GTM strategy and with GBO Business Partners to solve for outliers and non- compliance to guidelines.

  • Support global work stream initiatives – Participate in initiatives related to quota, reps, and accounts to drive global standardization, process efficiency, compliance and controls. Act as change advocate towards automation and better use of technology.

  • Support Leadership in team management, team development activities, and help to strengthen team cohesion and brand

Essential Requirements

  • +8-10 years of work experience with Proven skills in building strong business partnership within CFO and Sales. with a Bachelor, or a graduate degree in Business, Finance or Science.

  • Good knowledge around Sales GTM, Sales Alignment, Sales Compensation/Metric Plans

  • Very good leadership skills that can be used to translate strategic direction into results

  • Comfortable with changing environment and able to work under the pressure and within tight deadlines

  • Strong sense of ownership and Accountability with proactive approach and excellent communication skills across all levels in the organization

Desirable Requirements

  • Project management skills
