EMEA SCP Manager
World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.
What you’ll achieve
This is a great opportunity to join the Global Sales Compensation organization and take on a leadership role for EMEA. It will be highly strategic and will involve working cross functionally, global engagement, and regular interaction with senior management.
You will :
Lead the Sales Compensation team, ensuring timely and accurate commission payouts based on compensation plans, policies, crediting rules and payout calendars.
Coaching and developing team members
Engage and manage relationships with leaders in Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, etc.

Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
Sales compensation experience
Excellent interpersonal skills are required
Strong sense of accountability & ownership
