The Sales Administration Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing the Administrative tasks for their assigned portfolio of customer accounts. The SAM should answer or follow up with any customer requests and is responsible for supporting the fulfillment of all orders quoted by their aligned ISR, throughout the Order fulfillment cycle. The SAM ensures good Customer Experience through a first time Right Approach, same day offline support, prompt customer request handling and proactive customer communication in a professional manner. The SAM is also strongly focus on driving customer online adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to designated Internal Sales Representative(s) and associated account portfoilo.

  • Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership with designated Internal Sales Representative(s).

  • Support reactive and proactive online adoption on designated accounts.

  • Create strong relationships with your customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and where possible exceeded.

  • Work closely with the ASR team to manage high level issues after order entry and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.

  • Interlock with Sales Ops to identify gaps & support improvement initiatives e.g. (NPS).

  • Manage Quoting for fixed agreement.

Essential Requirements
