Dell IT Analyst in Chengdu, China

Key Responsibilities

Works under general direction, seeks assistance as needed.

Completes work in accordance with accepted practices within field.

Works with team to support IT projects and deliver on internal and/or external commitments.

Responsible for installation and maintenance of moderately complex hardware/software systems (Computers/Servers) and supporting larger user groups with peers in a defined SLA scope.

Confers with end users to determine software of hardware requirements.

Drive all IT related project running locally.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor degree and 1-3 years relevant experience.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Working knowledge of Active Directory

Good understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.

Applies good knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC/Network/Server systems.

Strong ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with business team & other IT support function team.

Applies good understanding of customer service techniques as required to address IT service.

Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines

Proven collaborative team working

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Chinese and English
