Our Quality Control team within Production is more than equal to the challenge of ensuring we comply with GMP, ISO and other requirements. We develop and drive quality metrics while managing the design and installation of quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques. We’re so skilled in conducting build audit, enhanced functional testing or customer audit that we also deliver training on quality assurance systems to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot all kind of failures in EMR.- Taking the complete ownership to drive the EMR process effectively.- Drive ISO and PCOE -- Co-ordination with cross functional team to fix the issues on time.- 4DX drive- Cycle Time Improvement- Provide assistance and training to team members.- Provide training to the team members for new process and product introduced.- Highlight the Realtime workmanship issues with the stakeholders - Kaizen drive- Drive Culture of Innovation- Drive ULH - Publishing weekly performance report. - Co-ordinate with NPI for pilot support to help on time FRC- Work is completed with minimal Supervision

Essential Requirements

- Strong Diagnostic /Troubleshooting skills

  • Strong Experience in ISG/NB trouble shooting

  • Strong Knowledge in ICC products /Testing /Assembly Process/MSL/AX

- ICC Employee with 3.5+ years in Troubleshooting Process

-Education: Graduate/Diploma holder
