Role Responsibilities

  • Qualification, selection and acquisition of inbound Consulting/SI partner leads

  • Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to identify and target Consulting/SI firms to pursue for Advanced Level partnership

  • Execute on the then-current processes and procedures to enable scalable and sustainable growth via the Consulting/SI community

  • Ensure cross-organizational communication and education of the ever-growing Dell Boomi Channel

  • Act as primary liaison, with regular cadence for Dell Boomi’s existing channel partners

  • Continuously assess Consulting/SI partner’s annual performance metrics and outcomes to nurture growth and optimize channel revenues

  • Help define and contribute to and refine the Dell Boomi SI partner program

  • Estimated 50% travel

Qualifications Requirements

  • Minimum BA or BS in a related field

  • Minimum 6 years in the software technology industry, with 3 years in business development, partner program management or alliance management experience

  • Strong integration technology experience

  • Strong experience in architecting and nurturing influenced sales revenue/business plans

  • Strong relationship skills to build trust and champions within each SI partner

  • Experience in working with systems integrators

  • Contract negotiation skills required

  • Demonstrated success in program and/or relationship management

  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability of interacting and presenting to senior level management and cross-departmental collaboration

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

  • Results oriented, customer focused, and able to plan, organize and coordinate the necessary arrangements to achieve successful, sustainable business results

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Preferences

  • Software industry experience, specifically Software-as-a-Service experience preferred
