Treasury Sr. Advisor
Managing liquidity, bank operations, and foreign currency risk is a critical task for a rapidly growing and changing company such as Boomi. When monitoring and analyzing company liquidity and foreign currency risk exposures, we compile a range of forecasts and implement sound solutions. We will be coordinating the movement of excess liquidity to and from investment and operating accounts, while also evaluating bank services and fees. What’s more, we direct and review risk analysis of new and existing business models to improve our processes. We keep the whole organization financially safe and informed.
What you’ll achieve
As a Sr. Treasury Advisor on the Boomi Treasury Ops team, you will be responsible for the global infrastructure of bank accounts. You will report to the Director of Treasury and engage with multiple parties within the global finance team. You will collaborate on adjustments needed in bank infrastructure and services required as well as Treasury initiatives such as cash management and payment systems implementation projects. You will also work with both internal as well as external partners in Tax, Global Ops, Accounting, Legal and FP&A and be a highly visible part of global finance team.
Manage bank account infrastructure, engage with bank resources, maintain/update bank accounts signatories and bank required legal documentation
Support daily treasury cash operations globally (cash positioning and bank payments)
Keep bank and other required documentation up to date and ensure compliance with SOX and other internal controls
Support Accounting for external reporting requirements
Generate reports to support treasury management decisions
Be part of Treasury Ops global and projects/initiatives
Solid understanding of global cash operations and corporate risk management principles
2-4 years’ experience in in Treasury, Banking, or Financial Services;
Facilitate and practice security and confidentiality of information, detail orientation, analytical and accurate work practices
Good knowledge of Treasury systems and automation tools (including Excel and Access)
Thorough verbal & written communications and presentation skills. Thorough ability to recognize financial and accounting implications of business plans and decisions. Advanced creative problem solving and decision-making skills
MBA, CPA, or CTP
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
