The Customer Systems Engineer at Dell EMC is responsible for selling Dell EMC's full infrastructure product and service lines (face-to-face) to new and existing customers in specified segments. Solution and relationship focused. The candidate provides in depth technical and architectural sales expertise in infrastructure opportunities. The role requires leadership to ensure that the Dell EMC infrastructure solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations and meet customer business needs.
The successful Customer Systems Engineer builds trust with customers and owns the technical side of customer relationships and ensures the Dell EMC’s Account Executive understands and meets customers on-going infrastructure product/service’s needs.
Your role will involve designing and deliver technical solutions that address customers’ varying needs, either working independently or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. You will:
Provide expert guidance and direction to the Core Sales team on Dell EMC’s infrastructure solutions
Harness an extensive portfolio to design infrastructure solutions
Act as a technical resource to help the sales organisation meet, if not exceed, its objectives
Stay up-to-date on new and competitive products, technology and services offerings
Manage and develop the Commercial sector customer base, internally and externally.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Extensive experience working in a sales environment
Strong negotiations and customer facing skills
Extensive experience in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
Vertical understanding of the Danish Commercial business and methodology
Fluent in Danish and English
You have a driver license
Knowledge of Dell EMC’s or similar company’s Infrastructure portfolio
Experience in a technical pre-sales role
