Within Commercial Sales , we are looking for an Internal Account Manager to work as part of the Mid-Market team based in Copenhagen. We are a team of more than 10 people focused on helping our Mid-Market customers transform their business by adopting new technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating and developing relationships with new clients (Acquisition).

  • Achieve targets by selling Dell EMC's range of solutions mainly via the phone.

  • Collaborate closely with our Partner Eco-system in order to identify new customers and retain existing customers.

  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers, as well as making administrative work.Work closely with outside sales representatives (Account Executives) and partners to acquire new opportunities.

Essential requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Hunter Profile

  • Good understanding of computer technology

  • Results-oriented team player

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in Danish and English
