Dell Internal Sales Coach - Acquisition Mid Market in Copenhagen, Denmark

Within Commercial Sales , we are looking for a Sales Coach to work as part of the Mid-Market team based in Copenhagen. We are a team of more than 10 people focused on helping our Mid-Market customers transform their business by adopting new technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying specific training requirements for individual New Hires alongside Sales Managers, and implement effective known coaching methods to develop and consistently improve sales reps skill sets.

  • Side by Side coaching & training of our new hire community, getting individuals to the required performance within a specific timeframe.

  • Advance planning and scheduling of group and individual training.

  • The regular monitoring of calls for best sales practice coaching.

  • Comprehensive documented constructive feedback to coachees with a strong emphasis on positive learning outcomes and performance improvement.

  • Leverage the reporting structure in place to show KPI areas of focus and expected improvements as a result of training and coaching programs delivered on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Design and delivery of coaching and training programs in line with business objectives, targets and goals.

  • Work closely with supporting functions such as product specialists to enhance overall sales process as well as driving positive customer experience at point of sale.

  • The General animation of the Sales Floor – especially around the seamless implementation of the Sales Enablement calender.

  • Designing & proposing drivers, motivators & Spiffs – to drive best practice and deliver results.

Background & Requirements

  • Ideally have 2+ years sales experience in the Medium Business segment

  • A Solid knowledge of the end to end Sales Process

  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators in an inside sales role and/or coaching role.

  • Be ambitious, target driven and be used to exceeding a range of KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships easily.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Highly passionate, with an ability to empathize with coachees by seeing things from their perspective, and understanding their motivations and goals.

  • High energy, positive “can do” attitude in all interactions, coupled with a desire to help others achieve their goals.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Team player, who thinks like an owner and takes a proactive approach to developing your coachees.

  • Hardworking, reliable and keen to progress your career.

  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Strong personal organizational and time management skills.

  • Fluent in Danish and English
