Senior Advisor, Vulnerability Management and Remediation
Location: Remote – United States

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Advisor, you will support and manage vulnerability management and asset management activities for Dell’s enterprise. You will lead and drive remediation efforts with business units and various areas of IT to increase the efficiency of Dell’s vulnerability management processes within Dell.
You will:
Actively monitor, manage, research and respond to requests and general asset management related inquires pertaining to vulnerability and threat management activities
Track and report on the compliance of technology assets, as well as identify and track trends with regards to any non-compliance conditions
Support the assembly of asset management data required to respond to any potential threats, or latest vulnerabilities published
Create project artifacts to effectively articulate requirements for the stakeholders, and internal partners related to asset management activities
Collaborates with IT Service Centers and Business units to determine reporting and metrics needs and share and present reporting and metrics to Cybersecurity and Dell Digital Management
Adhere to and support the strategy and roadmap of the asset lifecycle system of record
Review existing data repositories, systems and databases to ensure the quality of the data and expectations of the data are being met
Ensure inventory discrepancies are properly documented, researched and reconciled
Actively engage with asset management, networking and other IT stakeholders to drive business requirements definition on large-scale projects related to asset management

Essential Requirements
10+ years of direct experience in the field of cybersecurity or IT
Experience in Data Visualizations tools and technologies (ELK Stack, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Jupyter etc.)
Knowledge of and experience using ServiceNow or other Asset Management technologies, especially related to Change Management, Software Management, Request Management, Discovery, Asset Management, and CMDB
Expert in business process and data analysis and visualizations
Experience with API integrations, and data collections from different toolsets
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills to present complex security issues and vulnerability analysis
Desired Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field
Experience with data analytics tools used in Cybersecurity like Splunk, Kenna Security is a plus
