What you’ll achieve
As the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management, you will be a member of our internal-facing, Federal Cybersecurity organization with responsibility for contributing significant experience and technical skillset into Dell Federal’s expanding and complex security infrastructure environment. You will manage the cybersecurity engineering and operations team, with a focus on identity and access management tools. This includes engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.
Manage the Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations team that supports Identity & Access Management for Dell Federal, including directory services, privileged access management, endpoint privilege management, and multifactor authentication solutions
Provide leadership guidance in planning and scoping Cybersecurity Engineering, Operations, and Identity & Access Management engagements
Develop a highly motivated team, driven to innovate and deliver capabilities in an agile fashion
Manage staffing capacity, ensuring proper workload-capacity balancing and team productivity
Contribute to the development of cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and procedures as well as compile security metrics to report to stakeholders and senior leadership

Strong knowledge and understanding of Federal compliance requirements, including DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 3
Strong knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information security frameworks, standards, and best practices
Strong knowledge of risk management standards including identifying risks and solutions/remediations for minimizing
Ability to drive highly complex, cybersecurity initiatives
U.S. citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
10+ years of information security experience; 4+ years in Identity & Access Management or similar roles; and 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience
ISACA CRISC or CISM, (ISC)² CISSP or CISSP-ISSMP certifications
Experience managing application development teams
