Senior Manager, Security Portfolio Delivery

Location: Remote – United States

What you’ll achieve

As Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for driving strong program execution in support of the Security & Resiliency Office strategic roadmap, supporting our Cyber, Physical, Product, Supply Chain, Enterprise Resiliency and IT functions. You will collaborate with technology leadership, customers, and project teams plus the ability to drive large scale strategic programs in support of the SRO roadmap.

You will:

  • Manage the hiring, career development/planning, and performance discussions while maintaining a diverse and effective workforce

  • Communicate and translate SRO vision/strategy to team and direct efforts in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

  • Prepare and present reports to all levels of leadership and staff

  • Support the planning and driving of complex, global, strategic, transformational, multimillion-dollar programs

  • Contribute to the creation of project management standards and processes by maintaining in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet portfolio/project/program delivery requirements

  • Develop strong relationships within the Strategy & Business Operations team and across SRO to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness and help resolve operational issues

Essential Requirements

  • Experience as an IT Project Management and/or Security Program Manager, leading strategic and/or global IT, multimillion-dollar projects

  • Strong overall security knowledge and experience leading teams within a security organization

  • Strong background in project management including Agile methodologies

  • Ability to distill information to leaders/executives and lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders

  • People management experience with ability to direct/lead others, and work in a globally, matrixed team environment

Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with12+ years’ relevant experience; or equivalent experience

  • Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements in order to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Prior experience in security, infrastructure, or risk project management highly preferred
