Key Responsibilities

This is a quota carrying sales position responsible for managing the Maintenance Contract Renewals process from quote to close. You will work directly with customers to renew expiring contracts and upsell additional services Interfaces with Customer Service and Sales organizations to ensure sales goals and performance metrics are achieved. The renewal sales rep has the ability to prioritize and focus on maximizing revenue by influencing multiple stake holders on a defined set of large commercial/enterprise accounts which require complex quoting and deal structuring.

  • Meet/exceed sales targets defined

  • Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with internal Sales counterparts, partners and customer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close

  • Identify opportunities to upsell Services into accounts

  • Manage and submit timely and accurate sales forecasts to management

  • Ensure appropriate customer or service issues are escalated to management

  • Ensure accurate quotations are provided to customer 90 days prior to contract expiration

  • Adhere to the corporate Renewals policy and practices, and meet defined performance metrics

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years sales/negotiation experience

  • Customer Focus and Drive for Results

  • Negotiating & Communication skills

  • Problem Solving

  • Computer literate

  • Highly motivated, positive attitude

  • Fluent English and German required

Desirable Requirements

  • University level education preferred
