We are currently looking to recruit a Permanent Finance Advisor, whose main responsibilities will include Professional services accounting, Cash flow maintenance and P+L reporting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring Professional Services Cogs and Opex is recorded correctly and in line Corporate Policies
Responsible for ensuring that Manufacturing charges are recorded and accrued for accurately
Working with the Global Professional services teams to improve the month end process and reporting on Professional Services.
Managing Cash-flow and cash-flow reporting
Partner with Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable and Cost plus Teams for Treasury Forecasting. Responsible for submitting Forecast.
Provide financial support to Manufacturing operations and Professional Services Teams.
Month End Close - Professional Services, Manufacturing Cost.
Provide Cost plus support for month end close activities
Support P+L reporting by Product Family.
Help Identify and support the delivery of ongoing improvements to the Finance processes
Special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience :
Part Qualified Accountant
3 years + experience working in a Finance team.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a requirement
Detail oriented, motivated and a team player
Resilience and the ability to work independently to deliver results
Ability to organize and determine the priority of tasks to ensure deadlines are being met and work goals are accomplished in a timely manner.
