Pushing forward key sales strategic initiatives and supporting the development of long-term sales growth plans, this expert team enables us to deliver innovative tech to more customers than ever before. It’s a far-reaching and varied field that includes developing and managing sales measurement models, analyzing our strategic priorities and identifying new areas of opportunity. From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it’s about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities.
Leads in the calculation of rebates to ensure Partner payment accuracy and timeliness
Enables regional program Partner questions and queries related to the Partner payments
Coordinate with reporting teams and program design teams to ensure the appropriate rebate calculations are issued to the appropriate Partners.
Updating and maintaining data in various systems including Salesforce, TRT, bDA, Affinity, Master Tier status file
Be a SME for the Partner Program and a global evangelist.
Create reports and gather, analyze data for program requirements.
Work cross functionally with other departments: Regional training, finance, IT, Global programs strategy, BMS teams.
Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of business strategy, finance tools including strong comfort with excel, excellent
verbal and written communication skills; PC and organizational skills; good presentation and project management skills.
Availability for travel up to 10% of the time
Educational background: Marketing or Business Administration with background in top schools.
Fluent in English.
