Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Engagement as Trusted Advisor - Consultancy on planning, awareness and strategy specific to transformation initiatives, channel requests, analytics and reporting requirements
Performance Leadership - enable the business to scale while improving key performance indicators. Define long term strategies and operational objectives. Assist with business impact events, customer escalations and timeline roadblocks. Monitor daily progress and status to ensure optimal performance
Headcount Council - Provision of heat map to prioritize investment, organize and process HC requests. Provide global strategic direction, requirements of offers and feedback strategic direction through the council. Maintain regular HC outlook views and quarterly headcount overview
Communications – Provide regular communication with overview of key SDS HES Ops messaging, such as scorecards, heat maps, attainment, telecoms roadmap and IT updates. Present recommendations, performance and how we are supporting initiatives back to customers and stakeholders
8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Extensive Data Analytics experience
Demonstrated ability to articulate opportunities from data
Advance skills in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Program/Project management leadership experience
Ability to Lead or Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with Database queries such as SQL
Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL or other relative certifications
