As part of Global Presales the Dell Customer Solution Centers are focused on providing customers with confidence that the proposed solution/architecture will satisfy their specific IT requirements or service level objectives (SLOs).Proof of Concepts and Validation projects are designed to support developing a sales pipeline or opportunities which are dependent on the successful completion of a test plan to move the customer towards making a final purchasing decision.

In this role, you will:
Apply your architectural and implementation level knowledge/expertise across a broad range of technologies.
Work as part of a dynamic team of Dell professionals, establish technical best practices and act as a technical mentor to others.
Lead complex customer engagements and play a critical part in demonstrating/validating our capabilities directly to Dell customers/partners as part of the sales cycle
Build trust and confidence with our customers in Dell Technologies.
Expand and develop our technical offerings/services within the Customer Solution Centers.

8+ years experience in a relevant role and excellent IT architectural knowledge and implementation skills
Expertise in of one or more Databases such as Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, MongoDB, SAP HANA
Knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration and one or more Virtualization platform/s – eg VMware or MS HyperV
Knowledge of Networking Protocols and of REST APIs/Scripting
Self-motivation, problem solver, team player with a customer first focus
Striving for professional development and open to learning new technologies/products
- Knowledge of Primary Storage and Data Protection Solutions
