Sales Specialist

Our field sales professionals rely on technical support during the sales process – and our Systems Engineering team always steps up to the mark. We lead the development and implementation of sophisticated and specialized products, applications, services and solutions. From delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, to developing detailed installation or system integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative, relevant, interoperable solutions they need.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for the country segment Compute and Network Business and revenue targets in Public Sector/ Government account , helping to define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services.

You will:

  • Build and lead relationships for complex customer accounts on Compute and Network Value Proposition

  • Build relationship and business proposition with our Global Partners e.g. Microsoft, Intel, VMware

  • Prepare detailed product specifications to enable the sale of our high-end products and solutions

  • Initiate and Manage Data Center Compute programs to grow the business for Dell Technologies and partners

  • Must possess the ability to function autonomously delivering a high standard of work to meet the required internal/external deadlines

Essential Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of technologies, products and services

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills

  • Ability to present to senior level individuals and articulate Dell Technologies solutions

  • Strong IT industry knowledge

  • At least 5 years of related experience in relationship sales

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years working experience in IT industry, preferably in vendor environment or experience in Channel or partner management skills will be a bonus
