What you’ll achieve
The Senior Advisor, Vulnerability Assessment will have experience supporting & managing vulnerability scanning tools and technologies in an enterprise environment.
Execute vulnerability management program strategy to deal with audits, compliance checks and external assessment processes for internal/external auditors, SOX, ISO 27001, PCI DSS etc.
Lead the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requests that include monthly internal reviews, quarterly self-testing, semi-annual internal audits and annual external audits.
Review the audit results, including the assessment of identified control deficiencies and drive remediation of control gaps found from audit reviews and risk assessments. Provide status reports for consistent findings and proposed solutions.
Assists in programs to establish, document and track compliance to industry and government standards and regulations. Participate in process reviews and identify opportunities for significant enhancements in operational efficiency, overall effectiveness and identifiable benefits to the company.
Participate as an integral part of the team, exhibiting ownership, follow through, initiative, awareness and effective communication with peers and management. Create and implement process, procedures, training and communication to support these assignments.

At least 8-10 years of direct experience in the field of cybersecurity. Knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices.
Hands on working knowledge and experience of SOX, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills to present complex security issues and vulnerability analysis
Collaborative / team player, self-driven, independent and customer-oriented. Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Good technical aptitude, problem solving and ability to quickly learn and master new topics and domains.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Security or related major.
CISSP, CISA, CRISC or similar certification advantageous.
