  • Japan post Sales support role

  • Initiate support requests with appropriate resolvers and follow E2E till resolution

  • Own setting correct expectations and all follow up communications of status to the requestors

  • Handle in Place/Resolve in one where appropriate.

  • Fluent in Japanese, English and Mandarin

  • Sales support background is highly required
