You will lead a team of Targeting Program Managers, Targeting Program Engineers and Data Specialists, whose responsibility is a) to ensure the successful execution of Consumer and Small Business Targeting Programs in China, b) to build new capabilities supporting data-driven Marketing in China and c) to provide the custom data sets your stakeholders need for ad-hoc analytics.

CSB Targeting Programs : maximize business outcomes , through the prioritization and execution of CSB Targeting programs in China.
New Capabilities : lead a team of Targeting Programs Engineers and partner with Technology & Data Science teams to identify, build and deploy transformative capabilities on-time, on-quality, and on-cost.
Insights to Action : in partnership with Data Science and CRM teams, create Test & Learn initiatives to generate insights (e.g. campaigns performance, contact base optimization, automation opportunities) and lead insights’ implementation in Targeting Programs.
Flawless operations : on-time, on-quality delivery of Targeting Programs.
Experience demonstrating critical thinking, facts & alternatives -based decisioning and influencing
Excellent communication & collaboration skills; proven virtual or physical leadership and project-management track-record
Proven experience in driving business outcomes in a matrix organization
6-10 years of hands on experience in Marketing Campaigns Operations or Marketing Program Management
Equally important to these specific skills are:
Experience leading a Marketing and/or Sales teams.
