From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

You will

  • Create detailed schedules for emails and campaigns with deadlines for team members inside and outside of your team.

  • Maintain, update and monitor workflow tool, adhere to all deadlines.

  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders and team members, escalate issues immediately.

  • Maintain resource capacity and optimization, establish checkpoints for quality and consistency within and across campaigns.

  • Regular check ins with team members to ensure deadlines are being met and help to reprioritize work where needed.

Essential Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of background experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-Mail Marketing plus a preferred experience in project coordination (especially resource capacity planning).

  • Preferred background experience in a marketing automation platform / e-mail deployment such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, basic background experience in Smartsheet is preferred, ability to create and read basic HTML.

  • Proficient in English, strong attention to detail and standard of quality.

  • Strong emphasis on quality and consistency, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Global experience is preferred; regional at a minimum. You should be comfortable managing different time zones, cultures and work styles.
