They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage inside sales team work

  • Expend distribution sell out channels and B2B SI/VAR to drive business result

  • Set up outbound call plan process and manage process to drive sell out and B2B funnel

  • Train and culture tier2 partners and SI/VAR to explore channel business opportunities for Dell

  • Align with internal cross function team to drive channel program

  • Run program to help channel partners increase high price band mix Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 year inside sales experiences

  • Strong knowledge of display or peripheral products and sales tactics.

  • Familiar with related industry market and key manufacturers

  • Understanding of channel business sales and funnel generation

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills Desirable Requirements

  • IT company inside sales experiences are preferred

  • Channel business and program experience are preferred

  • Cross-function teaming capability are preferred
