What you'll achieve
With focus on the business to business segments, this person will act as a CRM marketing operation analyst to process leads and contact data.
Position requires competencies including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data loading skills, problem solving, organization agility, customer focus, outstanding verbal and oral presentation skills, ability to work within team and strong customer data literacy. Proven functional / technical ability and Salesforce.com (SFDC) skills required.
Validate, cleanse and fix data to comply with data standards and guidelines
Maintain a solid understanding of data compliance guidelines and standards
Adhere to standard operating procedures and use Salesforce.com data loading tools
Ensure a service minded approach to Data Load Requesters
Take care of online leads, test Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Integrate updates and new operations

Advanced Excel and Access skills especially to create tables, look ups, database functions, SQL Knowledge is plus
Strong attention to detail, business written and oral English/Japanese/Korean language skills, and local language/s as required depending on market responsibilities
Process-oriented / ability to work in a process driven environment, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Customer focus, ability to work within team and strong customer data literacy, problem Solving
Proven functional / technical ability and Salesforce.com (SFDC) skills
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate, or equivalent experience
Experience: 4+ years relevant experience, or equivalent
