Dell Analyst Relations Manager, Competitor and Customer Programs Lead in Dallas, Texas

What you’ll achieve

​As an Analyst Relations Manager - Competitor and Customer Programs lead, you'll focus on delivering customer and competitive perspectives to the industry analyst community. You'll support Dell Technologies Analyst Relations objectives across product lines and cross organizations, partnering with competitive marketing and customer references teams to enrich Analyst Relations programs. You'll be part of a broader team influencing and engaging with the industry analyst community. Our team is a fun, thoughtful and dynamic group of individuals with a range of experiences and backgrounds; the team strives to continually stretch new muscles and transform the function in strategic, fresh and exciting ways.

You will:

  • Work with existing teams to further substantiate Dell Technologies products and solutions’ value, differentiation and vision to the analyst community

  • Partner with measurement and analytics teams within Corporate Affairs to create new KPIs for this work

  • Partner with Analyst Relations Manager and relevant marketing team(s) to support positive and accurate brand representation in firms’ signature reports (Magic Quadrants, WAVEs, MarketScapes, etc)

  • Partner with marketing teams to explore the role of peer review sites in analysts’ signature reports, and partner to develop consistent, repeatable and transparent effort across product and solution areas

  • Contribute to planning of communications from Dell Technologies to the analyst community including briefings, webcasts, inquiries and other regular formal and informal interactions

  • Help Analyst Relations and marketing teams develop content for presentations and prepare spokespeople for their analyst interactions

  • Actively participate in social outreach to and monitoring of key analysts
