Dell CSG Campaign Business & Operations Manager, Consultant - NA Field Marketing in Dallas, Texas

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve

As the CSG Campaign Business & Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the North America Client Solutions campaign team and lead the strategic planning and operations of the team. Specifically, you will lead and operationalize an integrated plan of demand generation programs centered on the differentiated value Dell provides Corporate and Public sector customers in support of the North America B2B Commercial Client business. In addition to the above – this individual will serve as the vendor funding team lead, manage budget and operations in Allocadia, regularly help represent the team and present planning and performance updates in various cross-organizational executive forums, and server as the CSG Print-on-Demand program owner.

You will:

  • Lead the planning and operations of the NA Client Solutions Campaign team supporting Dell’s Commercial and Enterprise businesses

  • Drive the quarterly planning cycles for the CSG campaign team including budget management, vendor funding and program prioritization to optimize marketing impact and ROI aligned to the B2B Campaign guidance and NA business objectives

  • Server as the CSG Print on Demand Program owner, a key tool and capability for delivering marketing collateral to customers wherever the work

  • Apply broad knowledge of Dell’s Client Solutions business and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and related tactics

  • Lead the evaluation and analysis of market data and customer purchase data to identify programmatic activity to grow the buyer base and drive the NA operating plan

Essential Requirements

  • BA/BS required, 8-10 years of technology-based Marketing experience with an outstanding history of success

  • Proven track record of delivering results via effective program management

  • Strong organizational skills and effective cross-organizational collaboration

  • Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders and collaborate effectively

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Good time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
