Dell Global Consumer Growth Manager in Dallas, Texas

What you’ll achieve

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Growth Marketing, the Global Consumer Manager is responsible for accelerating our customer centered growth. You will have an opportunity to influence Dell’s Consumer growth strategy across the globe.

Growing our Consumer globally by keeping customer privacy at the center and leveraging ML-AI, Automation and the latest Marketing Technology stack. Our team thinks big, starts small, and learns fast.

You will:

  • Lead a team in data collection of consumer insights and formulate CRM strategies and programs/campaigns that are aligned to the business objectives

  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns and activities to measure ROI, prioritize resources, and enable continuous improvement in consumer acquisition and retention initiatives

  • Closely monitor the acquisition & post purchase machine, identifying and analyzing trends or opportunities and sharing insights across the teams (marketing, sales, and product)

  • Guide long-term marketing strategy through analyzing customer behaviors to shape our P&L / Annual Operating Plan.

  • Develop hypothesis, planning and analyzing lift-based experiments on channels (FB, Google, Affiliate, Partnerships etc., etc.)

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience (Marketing, Analytics, Insights, Business Intelligence, CRM)

  • Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and measurement techniques

  • Experience in managing a large, global and diverse team

  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management

  • Database marketing experience with emphasis on data integration and database extraction tools

  • Proven customer segmentation experience

  • Proven Direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth marketing expertise. We value clarity of thought, deep understanding of Marketing Technology stack, interpretation of statistical results and modern analytical pipe / CI-C
