Dell RSA Channel Distribution Account Manager in Denver, Colorado

Distribution Account Manager


Manages existing channel distribution partners Works with channel distribution partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities Provides channel distribution partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company products Identifies and qualifies new distributors Develops, motivates and coordinates RSA sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution Interfaces with distribution to ensure that service level agreements are met Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities


Supports multiple complex distribution accounts. Gains access and manages relationships with senior level distribution leaders and executives. Identifies business trends and leverages strengths of distribution to create a differentiated offering and position ourselves to capture business Uses complementary solutions from distribution as a competitive strategy Interfaces directly with larger, more complex channel partners to ensure satisfaction with our solutions Identifies opportunities for distribution to fill a geographic or vertical coverage gap. Identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of the channels needs. Identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize our opportunity while meeting customer’s needs. Point of contact for escalated issues. Models effective team behavior. Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results/meet customer needs


8+ years of experience in the Channel/Distribution Sales space
