Financial Analysis Senior Advisor

We rely on the Senior Advisor to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.

What you’ll achieve

As a Financial Analysis Senior Advisor, you will work with highly skilled finance and professional services teams to provide support for Boomi's professional services and finance organizations, including financial performance impact analysis, financial models and reports and variance review of actual and planned results.

You will:

  • Serve as the key business partner working directly with professional service organization (PSO) management and other internal stakeholders to provide financial recommendations. You must have the ability to structure problems, perform analysis, and present to your business partners.

  • Report financials and operating metrics on a quarterly basis and present the results in a quarter business review (QBR) format

  • Manage the annual operational planning (AOP) process. Model, analyze and forecast metrics that drive budgeting, forecasting and business decisions

  • Be an integral member in the quarterly financial close process and perform ad-hoc projects

  • Perform due diligence review for headcounts and contracts requisition

  • Monitor compliance with controls and systems, and developing new processes to support the fast-growing, global PSO business

Essential Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a professional role

• Strong business modelling skills and the ability to influence and gain trust from others in critical situations

• Proactivity and capability to handle complex variables in an agile environment

• Detailed modeling skills using Excel

• Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Detailed knowledge of Excel and other software applications

• & Financial Force application experience

• Experience in process automation and automation tools
