Business Operations Senior Analyst (Draper, Utah)

Join us as Business Operations Senior Analyst in Draper, Utah to have a global impact and do the best work of your career! You will join our Business Services team, part of the global Services organization within Dell Technologies. This opportunity is for hands on, daily tactical operational support and issue resolution relating to financial aspects of contingent labor needs for projects and programs across all Services teams, for both Latin America and North America. Your success in this role is key to supporting many major transformational projects across Services, and you will collaborate with teams around the world.

As Business Operations Senior Analyst, you will be working closely with our Partner Purchase Order (P.O.) Team. The Partner P.O. Team provides support through the entire end-to-end P.O. Lifecycle for contingent labor. Additionally, you will be collaborating daily with team members in Project Accounting (PA) for project financial administrative support throughout our many Project Lifecycles.

You will build upon your excellent people skills, and create strong relationships across all of Services to collaborate with teams in Business Operations, Delivery, Professional Services (PS) Finance, with Vendors, and also with our Internal and External Customers.

You will (key responsibilities)

·Manage daily flow of operational support needs, including daily problem/issue resolution for Latin America and North America regions – for this work, fluency in both English and Spanish is necessary, and fluency in Portuguese is desired; Learn and develop an operational command of the business and strong knowledge of business/systems/processes

·Co-ordinate and provide guidance to our Global team members based in North America, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia/Pacific/Japan regions

·Proactively and regularly share communications & initiate, follow up and complete engagements with internal Project Managers, Resource Managers, Business Operations teams, including quarterly metrics and business updates

·Analyze business data to identify gaps and provide meaningful insights using daily and weekly reporting; Identify cross-functional end to end trends through data analysis, coordinating resources required to address continuous improvement opportunities which will deliver efficiency and effectiveness

·Partner regularly with PA and Partner Services Leads to identify, document, and drive standardization & best practices including Process SOPs (standard operating procedures), Training & Development (T&D), Quality Assurance (QA) and Reporting; Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with automation teams to create and implement scripts

·Drive and support the implementation and stabilization of new transformational projects including Northstar, Fusion, RevStar, Thunder, Lightning & other system transformations

Essential Requirements

·US Citizenship required to support Federal activity

·2 years of related experience plus a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience to include:

·SAP systems, Financial Force, and MS Office products experience

·Experience gathering, analyzing and evaluating facts and data, including preparing and presenting concise verbal and written business cases, with Excellent attention to detail

·High degree of organization, and follow through, to multi-task and manage a large daily flow of both operational support and project/process improvement related needs

·Excellent communications skills verbally, in writing, interpersonally and in presentations, including friendly and professional communications across multi-cultural boundaries, and experience working with Remote-based teams

Desirable Requirements

·Fluent in both English and Spanish is highly preferred

·Portuguese fluency desirable

·Project Accounting Experience is an advantage

·Finance- or Business– related degree is a plus
