Dell Mgr. 1 Customer Support Technician in Draper, Utah
Leads the Customer Supports Technicians on process and call handling of customers, partners, and field personal.
Provides first-line leadership to a the CST team and/or a small supplier relationship
Provides direct oversight of daily activities of team
Drives team in the achievement of target services levels
Regularly coaches and mentors team members
Regularly reviews the work and performance of team members
Supports leadership team in business process improvements
Ensuring shifts staffing levels are maintained
Leadership skills Solid communication skills
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
Education and Experience
Typically 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Typically requires 0+ years managerial/leadership experience
Must be able to work Second Shift (Mon - Fr) - Shift differential is provided.
