We work to integrate common solutions for managing infrastructure including enterprise monitoring, alerting, system configuration management, provisioning and service management to reduce risk and operating costs within our
environment. We are focused on running scalable production management services with a mandate of operational excellence and operational risk reduction that is achieved through large scale automation and best-in-class engineering.
Hands-on experience with Unity NAS at Operations, integration and deployment levels
Take ownership of given assignments and have a deep sense of urgency related to deliverables and timelines
Be able to think about the big picture - always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes and procedures.
Have a strong desire to be a resource for team members to rely on.
Unix/Linux and Windows experience - be proficient with CIFS/SMB and NFS protocols, and familiar with other foundational technologies like networking, LDAP, Active Directory, DNS, NTP.
Strong communication skills with a track record of working and collaborating with global teams.
Must possess the ability to handle multiple on-going assignments and be able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues, ideas and solutions.
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or professional equivalence
