What you’ll achieve

As an Asset Management Analyst you will play a key role in reviewing new business opportunities and in structuring financial solutions that accommodate our customer’s requirements. Additionally, the team manages the return, refurbishment and resale of IT units returned to DFS at the end of a customer’s lease. This requires maximizing the resale potential of 1000s of units every month via a combination of wholesale, retail and consumer go-to-market channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the business.

You will:

  • Enable the circular economy through collaboration with Sales to drive Technology Rotation opportunities within the existing lease portfolio.

  • Provide internal oversight of Portfolio activity to ensure all audit and compliance concerns are in line with requirements.

  • Contribute to financial analysis requirements and offer proposals for go-forward financial structures that secure new opportunities whilst maintaining sufficient profitability for DFS

  • Enable the inclusion of Value-Added Services within our Technology Rotation solution.

  • Understand and contribute towards the maintenance of our residual value investment policies.

  • Assist with the accurate forecasting of portfolio activity.

  • Liaising with Global Asset Management to ensure we align both strategy and execution

Essential Requirements

  • Understanding of IT Assets and the way in which they are utilized

  • Proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications – with emphasis on Excel skillset .

  • Proficient in financial analysis and cash flow modelling and have experience of same.

  • Customer focus (internal and external) with attention to detail

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

Desirable Requirements

  • Degree with focus on Economics / Statistical Analysis / Finance and/or equivalent relevant experience
