What you’ll achieve
As the Business Enablement Team Lead you will have EMEA responsibility for the oversight of our large scale, cross functional change management. Leading a team of Project Managers, you will drive step change in our business processes to deliver on our strategic priorities. Typical projects might include;
The setup of a new funding mechanism
Expansion of operations to a new region
Significant process improvement to streamline for our customers
‘Robotics’ or automation of routine and repetitive manual activities such as VAT returns
Demonstrate Leadership – with responsibility for motivating and setting direction for a diverse (both skillset and geographically spread) team.
Build Relationships – throughout the organisation to identify and prioritise future change initiatives
Drive Change Initiatives – Lead change programs with DFS EMEA ranging from projects to meet changing regulatory requirements through to projects optimising our go to market strategy and approach, as well as overseeing a team of project managers on similar projects.

Program management capability and Process improvement (preferably recognised qualification e.g. PMP or PRINCE II) with at least 8-10 years experience of leading change programs directly and experience of managing a team of project managers to deliver step change.
Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation
Excellent capability to steer a project to delivery, including knowing when and how to escalate
Strategic Thinking/Decision Making
Excellent data management, analysis and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build, motivate and co-ordinate the activities of virtual teams
Previous experience within the banking or financial services sectors
A good understanding of the Dell and DFS end to end process, motion and tools
