What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will serve as Client Solutions Field Product Advisor. You will understand Client business (PCs, notebook, desktops and ecosystem), technical environments including existing pain points and create winning solutions to address the Client Business requirement in Ireland and support Dell Technologies growth.

You Will:

  • Be Responsible for promoting the Client Brand and strategy in order to increase sales growth and expand market share.

  • Deliver the Dell Technologies Client Strategy through sales support and partner engagements

  • Communication of the product line up and technical developments to customers Face to Face or virtually.

  • Promote new products and technologies, internally and externally

  • Contribute to Market analysis, Sales insight & recommendations including feedback.

  • Drive and execute sales enablement including reboots, quarterly trainings, product flash alerts, live meetings, sales tools.

  • Work in conjunction with marketing and communication to assist in Press and Media coverage

  • Drive sales animations and hype days

Essential Requirements

  • Graduated with an IT/Business related degree, obtained within 12 months of starting.

  • Have a great understanding of PC business in Ireland, the technical environment and ecosystem including existing pain points and create winning solutions to address the requirements

  • Strong understanding of the IT solutions industry and PC lifecycle across all segments in Ireland.

  • Strong customer and public presentation and communications skills and experience and strong business acumen.

  • Focus on customer experience and drive for results.

Desirable Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts, tools and techniques
