As a Software Engineer with Dell Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to work within our Dublin Interactive Voice Response Product team to assist in delivering new features and product enhancements for our Dell customers. Analyse business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions. Designs, codes, tests and documents IVR applications based on system and user requirements. Opportunity to learn and use current programming language and IVR technologies, write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of IVR applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Provides support for IVR applications.
Collaborate and build a robust IVR system/environment/architecture
Bring change and innovation for the IVR space
Start and lead our migration journey to Private Cloud
Research and use UI/UX best practices to improve our IVR applications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent
All applicants must be within 0 – 12 months of graduation and have a graduation year of 2020 or 2021 to be eligible
Ability to work on a global team in a fast-paced environment
Ready to learn cutting edge technology solutions
Familiarity with cloud solutions
Experience with Cloud enablement technology such as Gitlab, Kubernetes, CICD
Agile methodology and relevant collaboration tools such as MSFT Teams, Team Foundation Server, etc.
