The Dell Data Security Solutions Inside Sales Specialist (ISR) is a sales person who is extremely motivated and wants to work for a market leader. If you have a track record of consistently exceeding expectations and are interested in Sales then we want to hear from you.
Generate, develop, and close new business in your assigned region and across the Dell segments.
Meet monthly, quarterly and semi-annual quota objectives by working with cross-functional sales teams, as well as direct with Customers.
Build and maintain pro-active relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities, as well as Dell’s inside sales and outside sales teams.
Educate customers on Dell Security point of view, and value proposition.
Penetrate new accounts by calling on IT security professionals in collaborative sessions.
Consistently track all opportunities and forecast appropriately in Salesforce.com
Maintain sales leadership - effectively coordinate and orchestrate the sales cycle within the buyer’s organizational decision tree to closure, remotely via phone.
Drive the quote process with the Dell sales team using Dell quoting tools.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers.
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level required
Strong communication and inter-personal skills – confident and influential when speaking with Customers
Self-motivated, self-starter – capable of building new business by leveraging relationships and knowledge of the territory in which you are selling
Highly organized - able to manage multiple opportunities through a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals
