They manage the development, implementation and coordination of cutting-edge internet marketing strategies while driving merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration. The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and resource management :

  • Own the overvall Small Business Online experience and customer project roadmap and identify opportunities based on business requirements for improving online performance and the customer experience

  • Really drive the agenda for our Small Business Segment and the Small Business Online Experience. Know the customer set, what they need and transform that into dedicated initaitives and executions.

  • Work as part of the leadership team to align projects/initiatives to key business goals

  • Track dedicated initiatives and special projects, manage resource allocation of the project teams

  • Own key EMEA wide project campaigns including managing core team of stakeholders, reporting to senior leadership and executing the full campaign successfully

  • Reporting & results:

  • Work with project managers to align on delivery dates, key milestones and identify core project KPIs. Ensure smooth delivery of projects and follow up KPI reporting.

  • Ensure all project managers provide relevant documented support for their projects, including; project plans, action trackers, online tool updates, PowerPoints etc.

  • Present the status of projects to senior leadership team on a regular basis

  • Manage the programme office :

  • Be responsible for the creation and/or maintenance of tools and initiatives that drive the business and dedicated projects

  • Support the teams in developing relevant business cases and escalating issues

  • Work alongside a number of departments and drive initiatives, spearheading the project(s).

  • Challenge the norm: in collaboration with the rest of the team and key stakeholders,

  • Simplify processes

  • Drive innovation and new thinking, especially from an Online persepective

  • Test and Target: contribute to the Test and Target roadmap with new ideas, initiatives and technology

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent English essential

  • Solid planning and project management skills and experience with experience in this field and the Small Business segment

  • Strong team player, contributor and supporter with excellent communication skills

  • Strong eye for detail, excellent business acumen / commercial awareness and creative problem solving skills

  • Solid analytics capability, from either a financial, business analytics, online performance management, or equivalent – ability to correlate project deliverables with business performance or CSAT

  • Builds great relationships, values diverse perspectives, lives our purpose and values, and is recognized as someone others want to work for and with

  • Always figures out a way forward especially in the face of uncertainty and change – and is able to cope well with frequent change and organisational ambiguity

Desirable Requirements

  • Additional European language skills is an advantage

  • General marketing and online / CE knowledge preferred but not essential

  • Business related degree preferred

  • Industry certifications are an advantage

  • Competitive industry knowledge is a plus
