Role Overview:

You will be joining a winning team of over 300 members delivery Dell EMC solutions across Dell EMCs UK Midmarket customers, supported by SMEs and a virtual team

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling Dell's client, server, storage and hyper-converged products and services (via phone, web, or email) to specified customer segments or partners while ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface, focusing on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers

  • Functions as the overall account manager, leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) overall strategy, and execution

  • May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts

  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customers/partners needs

  • Develops account relationships primarily with decision makers based on solution knowledge

Essential Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of relevant sales account management experience

  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Highly motivated and results orientated

  • Ability to identify how Dell products and services aligned to customer needs

  • Ability to teach and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience or education related to IT.

  • Indirect leadership skills

  • Motivates & engages others
