You will be joining a winning team of over 300 members delivery Dell EMC solutions across Dell EMCs UK Midmarket customers, supported by SMEs and a virtual team
Responsible for selling Dell's client, server, storage and hyper-converged products and services (via phone, web, or email) to specified customer segments or partners while ensuring a positive customer experience
Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface, focusing on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
Functions as the overall account manager, leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) overall strategy, and execution
May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts
Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customers/partners needs
Develops account relationships primarily with decision makers based on solution knowledge
Min. 2 years of relevant sales account management experience
A proven track record in achieving sales targets
Highly motivated and results orientated
Ability to identify how Dell products and services aligned to customer needs
Ability to teach and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities.
Experience or education related to IT.
