Services Sales Representative

Within the Services Sales Organisation at Dell Technologies, we are looking for a customer-oriented Senior Services Sales Representative to join our team focused on maximising Services Support and Deployment revenue growth within the given Customer set.

Key Responsibilities

The role of Junior Services Sales Representative is an internal Sales role in the Support & Deployment Division of Dell Technologies. The purpose of the role is to support our internal and external Customers in delivering end to end solutions across the full Dell Technologies product portfolio. It involves developing close working relationships with your sales teams and wider stakeholders, to maximise the opportunity to sell the full Tied Services portfolio.

  • Working with a set of Accounts to drive the attach of both support and deployment services

  • Develops an strategic direction for core sales to understand (Tied) Services capabilities

  • Develops a strategic direction for core sales to maximise customer strategy by driving services attach

  • Works across the Core organisation to enable the internal Sales Teams to both sell Dell Technologies services

  • Analyzes and applies industry, market and customer information to define sales strategies and plans

  • Delivers the necessary training and education into the core sales to develop the knowledge of Dell Technologies services

  • Understands and communicates technology roadmaps and market trends and associated technical advantages and impact of the technology lifecycle

  • Provides regular updates to key stakeholders around specific performance

  • Creates and takes responsibility for the execution of the services account plans with the Core sales team

  • Maximize Services opportunities and manage pipeline

  • Build a personal Brand and be Seen as trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Social Media / Network Brand and Selling

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrates basic industry knowledge

  • Willingness to understanding country Services Footprint

  • Working knowledge of the Dell Technologies services portfolio and supporting tools

  • Starting level of sales competency

  • Starting level of industry and technical knowledge across end user and infrastructure services

  • Sales driven approach, Strong Work ethic, energetic outcome focused

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Understanding of Dell’s technology, and product and services portfolio

  • Internship experience

  • Customer focused
