Creating technology that drives human progress takes a concerted effort at every level. Our Inventory Coordinator team within Materials and Procurement keeps track of the size of our inventory and ensures its security – so we have what we need to innovate when we need it. We conduct physical inventories and cycle counts, analyze count discrepancies, audit incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy and document all transactions.
Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
Provide resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope
Use judgment within defined practices and procedures
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy
Contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals
Primary intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters
Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
Basic computer skills

Experience using SAP
Experience using ESM by Service Now
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
