Who provides the know-how to protect data, tools and information systems at Dell Technologies? It’s the Database Admin team within our Information Technology organization. We develop, design and optimize our information technology and systems functions that support our business processes and technical information systems platforms. Focused on efficiency, performance, availability and platform compatibility, we analyze, select and modify enterprise systems and application software, install network hardware and software and manage our databases – setting system and programming standards along the way.

What you’ll achieve
As an Advisor in the Database Administration team , you will be responsible for providing operations DBA support ensuring high availability and performance for some of the most critical database environments in Dell.You will work with other database teams to provide great support to databases supporting Dell supply chain and manufacturing area.

Solid experience in Oracle Database administration.
Experience required in latest versions of Oracle ( 12c, 19c ) with experience in managing/setting up RAC & Data guard configurations.
Experience to both database production and database engineering would be desirable.
Experience working in a global environment is required.
Excellent communication skills required.
- Graduation in Computer Science Engineering would be desirable.
