Dell Analyst, IT Application Management - Analista de Suporte a Aplicações de TI in Eldorado do Sul, Brazil


  • Resolves issues and events related to distributed applications and testing environments availability;

  • Monitors and measures performance characteristics of applications;

  • Performs IT environments routine maintenance;

  • Communicates with external teams to address system and environment issues;

  • Understands and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability;

  • Learns new applications, Dell-specific technologies, system behavior and business processes as they relate to customer needs;

  • Effectively participates on troubleshoot sessions and report systems health status to customers;


  • Computer Science, System Analysis or similar technical degree;

  • Ability to automate tasks through code scripting (JavaScript, Perl, bash, PowerShell);

  • Demonstrates understanding of intersystem dependencies around primary and distributed applications;

  • Technical background:

  • Windows and Linux based systems

  • Oracle Databases and Oracle Weblogic

  • Oracle Packages - Siebel and/or EBS

  • Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) and WebServices

  • Nice to have: IBM MQ

  • Fluency in English – oral and written;

  • Nice to have: previous experience with Environment Support & Problem Management, ITIL and Service Desk support.
