The Brazil Cycle Planner will be responsible for planning the long term strategy, product mix, promotion, and pricing decisions that will enable Consumer and Small Business to achieve its growth and profitability goals. This role will be responsible for working with product, marketing, pricing, supply chain, sales, and partner organizations cross functionally to achieve the following duties:

  • Develop and champions assortment vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches in support of corporate goals and objectives

  • Own development of offers that are relevant to the target audience.

  • Drive the top and bottom line and optimizes all aspects of the portfolio P&L by delivering smart assortment, managing in-stocks, driving continual channel improvements and delivering the best customer experience.

  • Use market research, customer feedback and usage insights to inform assortment decisions and enhancements.

  • Apply deep understanding of customers’ needs, the product and the competitive landscape.

  • Analyze industry data and market trends to thus develop credible plans and forecasts that place the Dell consumer business on a growth path.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives.

  • Work closely with marketing to launch products and ensure their adoption.

  • Coordinate with the product team to manage technology transitions by platform and/or product line.

  • Apply a thoughtful combination of marketing levers (price, positioning, and promotion) to drive, sell-in and ensure sell-through, enabling smooth inventory transitions and migrating excess supply.

  • Support content development of marketing collaterals such as training, product catalogues/brochures as subject matter product knowledge specialist.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • MBA preferred

  • Prior experience in retail and/or with technology products is highly desired

  • Advanced MSFT Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

  • Proven record of performing at a high level with little to no mistakes
