World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.
The candidate will be the Project Manager for the main initiative of the Client Solutions Group in LatAm with the objective of become #1 in share position in the region while improving profitability. As a PM, the candiate will be responsible to report the progress of the initiative in a monthly basis for executive stakeholders, follow-up with initiative owners to track the progress for each one of the +10 programs and prepare material for SVP updates. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to manage the Opex budget for LatAm, a 300 HC organization with annual spend of $25m. Critical success factors include: project management skills, partner with initiative owners and effective presentation and communication skills.
Program Manager for Road to Leadership Project for CSG in LatAm;
Report project progress in a monthly basis, prepare material for executive readouts, and follow-up with initiatives owners to obtain program status;
Report weekly HC moves by Regional Sales Manager in Marketing and Sales department under Client Solutions Group;
Control additional investment process from business creation up to hiring & post-mortem track of investment execution;
Track on a monthly basis expenses in the T&E line by Regional Sales Manager, calling out any deviation vs. policy;
Partner with FP&A to review outlook proposal for all Opex lines including C&B, Marcom, T&E, Commissions, etc.;
Adhoc support for Regional Sales Manager on any question related to their Opex;
Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering;
Drive for results mindset;
Ability to manage databases (incl. SQL, Assess, etc.);
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong listening, analytical, presentation, and problem solving skillsLeverage Analytics to generate business insights (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
Ability to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams relating to area of responsibility;
