HR Shared Services Specialist

Location: Eldorado do Sul - RS

Who ensures that our groundbreaking company can drive human progress? Our HR Shared Services team works behind the scenes to facilitate the smooth running of the organization. We lead on multiple HR areas, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, vendor management, human resources information management and records management. Constantly consulting with HR and business leadership to ensure our support meets the needs of the organization, we drive the development of programs to build business capability, input onboarding or offboarding and influence business change.

Key Responsibilities

· Apply working knowledge and understanding of Human Resources programs, processes, applications, Policies and administration to assist customers via case management.

· Determine best method(s) to resolve issues ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to companyPolicies and practices.

·Work cross-functionally with other departments (as required).

·Assist with Onboarding Day (1) one tasks for New hires

·Record Management – creation and maintenance of employee files,

· Digitalization of employee documents to OWC & Storage process

·Assist with HR Compliance employee documents audits.

·Work on related HR Operations - Site Operations activities and Workday actions / Service Now cases.

Essential Requirements

·Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Portuguese)

·Strong commitment to quality and detail oriented

·Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)

·Ability to demonstrate initiatives and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer satisfaction

·Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively

·Prior experience in dealing with confidential information a plus

·Previous HR experience required
