What you’ll achieve
As a IT Application Management Sr Analyst you will be responsible for monitor and maintenance of applications and restore services for end users. You will communicate with stakeholders such as customers, development teams and end users to learn system’s behaviors and correctly address issues.
Utilize external and internal resources, including teammates, to investigate technology and build knowledge;
Analyse software and hardware problems to coordinate workable solutions;
Propose and implement systems enhancements that will improve its reliability and performance;
Monitor and react to system’s outputs and depending on the incident's priority and complexity, will escalate or troubleshoot accordingly;
Run metrics regarding incident working.

Academic Background in IT (undergraduate or graduated);
Knowledge of configuration, maintenance and support;
Great communication skills;
1 year of experience with support or software development.
ITIL v3 certification;
Knowledge of client/server networks;
